Set up a standalone form or create one on your page, in a popup or in an email to capture visitor data.





1. Go to Automation → Forms to start setting up your form.

 

2. You will be taken to an area where you can see all of your existing forms. 

Click "Create New Form" to continue or click "Edit" to start the automation process with an existing form. 

 

3. Next, you need to either select a ready-made form template to use (scroll down to view all options) or hit "Blank Template" and create a new one in the Drag and Drop Builder.

In this case, click "Blank Template" and create your form. Once your form is ready, click "Next".

4. In the Management step, you can choose where to integrate your form fields to.

Select an integration to attach to your form together with an action and additional options that will be performed.

Review the form field details and properties and select an integration you want to use for a specific form field.

Click "Next" to continue.

Tip: You can add more than one integration by clicking "Add New Integration".

Assign different form fields to different integrations by selecting the integration that you want to use for a specific form field and deselecting the one that you don't want to use.

 

5. In the Tracking section, you can set up the tracking parameters for your form.

View your form's virtual URL, track clicks on links, videos, fields in your forms.

Click "Next" to continue.

Tip: Remember to tick the checkbox next to each tracking options to activate them.

 

6. See what your form will look like across different devices in the Preview section.

Click "Next" to continue.

 

7. Now your form is ready to be published.

All you have to do is name your form and copy the form's embedded code to your clipboard for further use.

Click "Publish" once you're done.

Tips: Later on, you will be able to find this form in "My Templates".

Do not forget to analyze the results it brings and make your form a part of a marketing funnel.
