Add graphics, images, corporate logos and other visual aids to your emails to make them stand out. Adjust color presets, styles and other options with the built-in Photo Editor and insert hyperlinks into the images of your choice.


Using the Image

  1. Find the Image element in the toolbar on the left-hand side;
  2. Drag-and-drop it onto your page. Now you can edit, copy, lock or delete your image.

Uploading images

Select the image box on your email, click it to open the formatting toolbar, click on the "Pencil" icon to open the Inspector Tab. Then go to the Inspector Tab → Attributes → Media Manager to upload an image from your computer or a URL.

You can sort the images that you have previously uploaded by date or name, and edit or delete them.

Click “Upload Images” to open the File Explorer or drag the image directly from your computer.

Click “Image URL” to insert a direct link to an image that you want to upload from the Internet;

Note: You can only upload JPEG, PNG or GIF files that aren't larger than 1 Mb.

Choose an image and add it to your email by clicking “Use Image”.

Using the built-in Photo Editor

Edit and customize images for your landing pages with the Photo Editor:

  1. Select the image that you want to edit;
  2. Click the "Pencil" icon in the formatting toolbar.

There you can adjust image sharpness and color temperature, use special effects, add frames, stickers and text, cut or rotate the image as well as make use of other available features.

Note: Remember to save your changes when you're done.

Resizing images

Images adjust to the width and height of the container automatically. So, if you want to resize them, set a different padding value and specify the exact height and width for each image individually.

You can also resize the image by dragging its container by the edges.

Adding links to images

Make your image clickable and interactive by adding an external link to it:

  1. Select an image in your email to open the formatting toolbar;
  2. Find the icon with four squares in it and click on it;
  3. Now, you can edit this image as a link.

So, click on the "Pencil" icon to insert the link, as well as choose other icons in the formatting toolbar to lock, duplicate and delete it. 

Tip: If you can’t find the container in the email, use breadcrumbs inside the Inspector Tab to help you.

Customizing and styling images

You can change the shape of your image from the following options: Default, Rounded, Thumbnail, and Circle.
